Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates only, based on standard carrier schedules and our processing times. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the order fulfillment process.

• Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping fees and labor costs are not covered by AK Auto Spark.

Order processing begins after payment and order details are confirmed. Customers will receive updates as their order moves through fulfillment and shipping.

Upon receiving your shipment, we strongly recommend you inspect all packages and parts immediately.

• Inspect for visible damage to the part or packaging.
• Check for missing components.
• Confirm that the correct items were delivered.
• If any issues are found, contact us right away to avoid additional freight charges and to begin the resolution process.
• Do not return any parts without receiving an official RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization. Any part returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be reported within 7 business days.
• After 7 days, warranties will be void, regardless of fault or circumstances.

All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point, meaning the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the part is handed over to the shipping carrier.

• If your shipment has not arrived within 2 full business days after the estimated delivery date, please notify us.
• All claims related to loss or delivery issues must be submitted within 7 days of the shipment date.
• While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will gladly assist you with claims filed through the shipping company.
