AK Auto Spark provides standard warranty, return, refund, and privacy practices for customers purchasing used auto parts.

• Standard Warranty: 30-day parts replacement only warranty.
• Extended Warranty: Optional 90-day warranty available for purchase, extending the standard warranty by 60 days.
• Activation: Warranty period begins on the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

• Labor costs are not covered under the warranty.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• In case of a defective part, AK Auto Spark LLC may repair or replace it. If a replacement is not available, a refund up to the original purchase price may be issued.
• Defective parts may be replaced with used functional assemblies of similar kind and mileage.
• Replacement of a component does not extend the original warranty period.

• Engines and transmissions must be installed by an ASE Certified mechanic at a licensed automotive repair facility.
• Purchasers must maintain records of adherence to the vehicle manufacturer’s required maintenance, which may be required for warranty claims.

• Customers must notify AK Auto Spark LLC within 3 business days, or 72 hours, of receiving a damaged or incorrect part and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any item.
• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned unit is inspected and verified to be the original unit shipped and in its original condition.

AK Auto Spark LLC ensures that personal information collected is used solely for order management and fulfillment purposes.
